Daily housekeeping was meticulous and efficient.

Finding the hotel was a frustrating ordeal due to misleading location details. Upon arrival, I was put off by the unhelpfulness when the staff could not communicate in English. The coffee machine was broken, and I could hear every noise from outside and neighboring properties at night.

More pros than cons, but still…

The location is simply unbeatable. just a short stroll to Trevi Fountain! Our room was also luxurious and spacious, just like the pictures promised.

The central area can get a bit pricey, which may not fit every budget.

Daily housekeeping was great and very thorough. The location was perfect, surrounded by vibrant shops and close to popular attractions. Hot water was consistently available for a refreshing shower after a long day! 🛁🛍️

The noise insulation in the room could use improvement as sounds from neighboring properties were noticeable during the night.
